Rourkela: Over 8 lakh doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered to the people in Rourkela in Odisha’s Sundargarh district till July 4.
This has been informed by Rourkela Municipal Corporation (RMC).
In a Twitter post, the RMC said that it has administered a total of 8, 07,451 doses of COVID-19 vaccine to the people in smart city Rourkela till 04 July, 2022.
415095 first doses, 350555 second doses and 41801 booster doses were administered to the beneficiaries in the city.
Vaccination is an important tool to combat COVID, the RMC said.
