Bhubaneswar: Amid the outbreak of COVID-19 in the State, the Odisha Government is providing several driving license (DL) services in online mode in order to reduce gathering at RTO offices.
The State Transport Authority (STA) said that as many as 10 DL related services will be available in online mode in http://parivahan.gov.in with document upload and pre-booking of appointment with concerned RTO where ever required.
The services include – Renewal of Driving License, Change of address in Driving License, Issue of duplicate Driving License, Change of name in Driving License, Change of Biometric in Driving License, Replacement of Driving License, Issue of extract of Driving License, Surrender of COV (Class of Vehicle), Issue of NOC and Surrender of NOC.
All the RTOs are open to provide all the services except DL/LL test, the STA said.
