Bhubaneswar: Odisha has recorded 35.69 percent voter turnout till 1pm for the six Parliamentary Constituencies and 42 Assembly Constituencies. While, Sambalpur recorded the highest voter turnout at 38.13, Bhubaneswar recorded 33.1 percent voter turnout till 1 pm. Among the Assembly Constituencies Kuchinda recorded 45.72 percent voting till 1 pm whereas Bhubaneswar Central recorded 23.15 percent voting till 1pm.
