Bhubaneswar: Odisha has received below the normal rainfall this monsoon season, the Meteorological Centre Bhubaneswar said on Tuesday.
The State has received 297.9mm rainfall from June 1 to July 12, against the normal rainfall of 323.6mm.
Seasonal cumulative rainfall realized between 1st June to 12th July 2022 is 297.9mm against its normal value of 323.6mm, the metrological department said.
During the same period, four districts Dhenkanal, Boudh, Rayagada and Malkangiri received excess rainfall.
Seven districts witnessed deficit rainfall and the rest 19 districts saw normal rainfall.
