Bhubaneswar: Odisha Minister of Sports and Youth Services Tusharkanti Behera has invited Union Sports Minister Anurag Thakur to grace the FIH Odisha Hockey Men’s World Cup 2023 scheduled to be held in Bhubaneswar and Rourkela from January 13 to 29, 2023.
