Bhubaneswar: The Summative Assessment-I of Class 10 students in Odisha will be conducted on the scheduled dates, said School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash on Saturday.
The assessment is scheduled to be conducted on January 5, 2022.
The Minister said, ““If in case the general board exams could not be held, then the marks of the term examinations will help in the evaluation process”.
He further stated that the State Government has issued the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to be followed by the schools in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 virus.
Earlier, the exams were scheduled to be held from December 27, 2021 was postponed due to Christmas holidays.
The exams, which will be conducted by the BSE, were later rescheduled from January 5, 2022 to January 8, 2022.
