Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Vigilance Department has arrested Rabinarayan Panda, Assistant Executive Engineer, RWS&S, Udala Sub-Division, Mayurbhanj for possession of disproportionate assets. He has been forwarded to the Court. Assets to the tune of approximately Rs 6 Crores including 1 triple storeyed building, 1 flat and 2 shops in BBSR, 12 plots in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Kendrapada, deposits of Rs.1.2 Crore, cash to the tune of Rs.28 lakhs, credit card transactions of approximately Rs.1 Crore, gold 2.3 kgs, etc., have been unearthed during searches.
