Bhubaneswar: The voting hours for the by-poll to Padampur Assembly seat in Bargarh district has been reduced.
It has been informed after an all-party meeting with the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) on Monday. The voting will begin at 7 am and end at 4 pm on December 5.
The decision was taken in view of winter season and Maoist threat, as per sources.
