Odisha’s Longest Bridge and Flyover To be Inaugurated By CM Naveen Today

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will inaugurate and lay foundation stones of a number of development projects in various districts today. The Chief Minister is scheduled to inaugurate the development projects in Balangir, Keonjhar, Khurda and Boudh districts. The projects include the development of the Harishankar Pitha in Balangir District, Odisha’s longest flyover of 3 kms at Joda in Keonjhar, and 762 meters long railway over-bridge in Khurda District. The Chief Minister will also inaugurate three bridge projects in Boudh district. These include Odisha’s longest bridge over Mahanadi River on the Athamallik-Dhalpur road, 621 meters bridge over Tel River on the Rakdor-Fasad road and the bridge over Mahanadi River on Boudh– Marjyakuda link road.

Among others, the Chief Minister will also lay the foundation stone for the improvement of the Achutananda Peetha in Nemal, Cuttack district and Maa Ugratara Shakti Peetha of Khurda district. In addition, the foundation stone for the construction of a bridge over the Baunsuni –Birmaharajpur link road in Boudh district will also be laid.
