Bhubaneswar: As many as 215 migrant Odias in UAE landed today at Bhubaneswar airport by a special chartered flight from Sharjah.
The chartered flight operated by Air Arabia landed at Bhubaneswar airport at 2.07PM and took off for Sharjah at 3.08 PM.
An Odia girl from Bhubaneswar was flying the flight and wished passengers best wishes for Raja in Odia.
The Odia Society in UAE, led from the front by Dr. Chandrasekhar Khuntia had received many social media messages and phone calls from distressed Odias seeking assistance to send them back to their homeland.
