Cuttack: The Orissa High Court on Thursday disposed of the anticipatory bail plea of actor Babushaan Mohanty.
The Ollywood actor had filed the bail plea on July 27 in connection with a case filed by his wife Trupti Satpathy with the Kharavela Nagar police.
The High Court noted that there is no need to file an anticipatory bail plea in the case as he is cooperating in the investigation, as per reports.
