Bargarh: Voting for Padampur Assembly Constituency by-elections continue without any hiccups and about 8.5 percent voters have cast their votes till 9 AM. Long queues can be seen in many booths with women and youth coming with enthusiasm for voting. Biju Janata Dal candidate was one of the first to cast her vote and Congress candidate Satya Bhushan Sahu also cast his vote.
