Bhubaneswar: Showing yet another gesture of belongingness and taking the governance to the school children, the 5T Secretary VK Pandian today took a launch with the students in a school in Hinjili block during his one-day visit to Ganjam district.
The 5T Secretary took lunch with students at Makarjhola High school in the Makorjhol Gram Panchayat under Hinjili block.
The gesture is seen as a giant step towards giving a feeling that governance works for the development of the education and the Government is always with the school students.
He also interacted with the students and teachers before taking launch with children.
Pandian also visited various schools in the district and had an on the ground review of the infrastructure facilities and education.
He had an interaction with the village committee members regarding all round development of the schools. He also interacted with the headmasters and other teachers on various issues.
Earlier today he had visited the Taratarini Temple and reviewed the various developmental issues and the pilgrim amenities available there. He also discussed about the and river front development of Rushikulya river.
