Bhubaneswar: The first selection cut-off list for admission into +2 courses for this academic season in the state has been released today by the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education. The cut off list is available on Students Academic Management System (SAMS) web site at www.samsodisha.gov.in.
According to the list Ravenshaw Higher Secondary School, Cuttack has topped the list in all the Arts, Science and Commerce streams. For science stream, the cut off has been at 91.67 percent. Likewise for Arts, it is 80 percent and for Commerce, it is 79.20 percent.
Fakir Mohan College Balasore has stood second in the list with 90 percent cutoff in Science which is followed by BJB College, Bhubaneswar with 89 percent. Saraswati Vidyamandir Nilakantha Nagar is at the fourth position in the list with 89 percent.
In Arts, Rourkela Government College is at the second place after Raveshaw with 79 percent cutoff marks. DAV College Titlagarh with 78.67 percent and FM College Balasore with 78 percent are at the third and fourth places.
In Commerce also Rourkela Government College has secured the second spot with 77.33 percent cutoff marks, followed by BJB College, Bhubaneswar with 77.33 percent marks.
