New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today announced the fourth phase of lockdown 4.0 from May 18.
Addressing the nation, the Prime Minister said the fourth phase of the nationwide COVID-19 lockdown will begin from May 18.
The details about the lockdown 4.0 will be shared soon, Modi said.
The PM said, “The lockdown 4.0 will have a new face and new rules. We have been getting inputs from the states; on the basis of those inputs, details regarding Lockdown 4.0 will be shared with you before May 18”.
Modi also announced a special economic package worth Rs 20 lakh crore for the COVID-19 crisis.
The package is nearly 10 per cent of GDP, he said.
