Bhubaneswar: Prasan Kumar Swain, Professor and Head of Department of Odia, Berhampur University has been appointed as Vice Chancellor of Utkal University of Culture.
Governor and Chancellor of Universities Prof. Ganeshi Lal has made this appointment.
The appointment is for a period of three years, according to an official release.
