Public Entry to Lok Seva Bhawan, Kharavel Bhawan, Rajiv Bhawan and Krushi Bhawan Banned for COVID-19 in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar : In the wake of raising Coronavirus cases in the State Capital, the public entry to the Lok Seva Bhawan (secretariat) and its three annexes -Kharavel Bhawan, Rajiv Bhawan, and Krushi Bhawan has been prohibited till July 31. 

An official order to this effect was notified by the Home Department.

“In view of the steep rise in Covid-19 positive cases in Bhubaneswar and in order to minimise the number of visitors to Lok Seva Bhawan, Kharavel Bhawan, Rajeev Bhawan, and Krushi Bhawan, it has been decided to keep in abeyance all passes issued to visitors for these offices till July, 31,” the notification stated.

“Entry of outsiders and for such pass holders will only be entertained on the request received from the office of the Secretaries of the concerned departments to the Special Secretary of Home Department,” it further added.

So far, a total of 332 Covid-19 cases have been reported in Bhubaneswar with 135 active cases.
