Bhubaneswar: PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), one of the major accounting firms in the world, has created its base in Odisha for the first time.
PwC has set foot in the State with an office in the capital city of Bhubaneswar, as per reports.
It is planning to recruit around 500 people in Odisha within the next year.
PwC said that the new office in Bhubaneswar will be a flexible, multi-use one serving clients in the region, reports added.
The company has decided to create 10,000 additional employment opportunities in India over the next five years.
