New Delhi: Rajya Sabha was adjourned sine die after 10 sittings amid the Coronavirus pandemic.
The Monsoon Session of the Upper House was scheduled to go on till October 1 with 18 sittings, but it was cut short in the wake of Covid-19 pandemic.
Rajya Sabha saw 25 Bills being passed and 6 Bills being introduced.
The opposition boycotted last two days to protest against suspension of 8 MPs.
The opposition parties also wrote a letter to Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu requesting him not to pass the three labour related bills in the House in absence of the opposition party MPs.
