Rayagada Man Who Helps Underprivileged Children in Pursuing Education Gets Appreciation from Chief Minister

Bhubaneswar:  A man from tribal-dominated Rayagada district, who helps poor and underprivileged children in pursuing their education, has received appreciation from Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.

Kameswar Sahu (48), a resident of Kashipur block in Rayagada district, has dedicated his life for helping poor, orphans and underprivileged children in their education. Despite his little income that he earns from his small tea shop, Kameswar passionately serves the poor children. He provides financial support to poor students in their admission and makes available study materials and other educational requirements of the children.

Kameswar, who could not continue to his study due to financial hardship, has been doing this selfless service for the last 17 years.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has highly appreciated the selfless services of Kameswar.
