Bhubaneswar: In the wake of rising COVID-19 cases, the Odisha Government on Monday partially modified its previous lockdown order and announced that all cinema halls, gymnasiums, swimming pools, entertainment parks, theatres, bars, auditoriums, assembly halls, and similar places will continue to remain closed till June 30.
The Special Relief Commissioner (SRC) issued a fresh order in this regard.
“All religious places/ places of worship for public will ccontinue to remain closed till June 30,” the order said.
Besides, all the shopping malls in the state will remain closed till June 30.
“The guidelines regarding hotels and restaurants contained in order No.3057/R&DM(DM) dated 01.06.2020 of Government of Odisha will remain valid until further orders,” read the order.
Hotels can operate with up to 30% capacity.
