Sambalpur: Three constables in Sambalpur district have been placed under suspension for allegedly cheating the department through fuel overbilling.
The accused constables have been identified as Simanchal Sethi, Ajit Dhal and Ranjit Swain of MV section of Reserve Police.
The trio has allegedly duped the department of Rs 8 lakh through fuel overbilling, according to reports.
Sambalpur SP has initiated the action against the constables, reports added.
