Rourkela: The number of Scrub Typhus infections continues to rise in Sundargarh as the district reported nine more positive samples in the last 24 hours. With this, the total number of infections in the district has risen to 272. The district administration has taken all the precautionary measures to control the infections and special arrangements have also been made in hospitals for the treatment of Scrub Typhus. The Health Department has said that people should be aware about the disease and should not fear. They should visit the Hospital in case of fever and consult the doctors if they have any symptoms.
