Berhampur: Senior journalist from Berhampur Dr. Jaganmohan Mahapatra is no more. He died due to heart attack today morning. He was 58.
He was a noted journalist from Ganjam and was the head of Berhampur edition of Odia daily the Sakala.
Dr. Mahapatra is survived by his wife and daughter.
An alumni of Berhampur University, Dr. Mahapatra was an active journalist in the area. He was very popular among the people for his unique presentation style and writings.
A pall of gloom has descended in Ganjam with his demise.
