Bhubaneswar: Odisha Rural Development & Marketing Society (ORMAS) is all set to organize the annual Sisir Saras Mela in the capital city from January to 15.
This has been informed by Poonam T Guha, Director-cum-Chief Executive Officer of ORMAS.
As many as 400 stalls will be set up by Women Self Help Groups (WSHGs), Producers Groups (PGs) and Producers Enterprises (PEs) having various handicrafts, handloom and food spices products from 26 states in the Sisir Saras -2024, which will be held at Biju Patnaik playground in Baramunda.
A special food court comprising 20 stalls and a thematic stall highlighting ORMAS activities related to marketing, livelihood, and skill development will be introduced at this year’s mela.
Popular artists will perform in the Cultural night every evening at the fair.
