Bhubaneswar: Southwest Monsoon has further advanced into some more parts of Odisha, informed the the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
In its latest bulletin, the IMD said, “Southwest Monsoon has further advanced into some more parts of Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Northwest Bay of Bengal, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and some parts of Bihar”.
Conditions are favourable for further advance of Southwest Monsoon into some more parts of North Arabian Sea, Gujarat, Maharashtra, MP, Odisha, Northwest BOB, some parts of Gangetic West Bengal, remaining parts of Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, some parts of Jharkhand, some more parts of Bihar and some parts of East Uttar Pradesh during next 3-4 days, the IMD further said.
There will be gradual fall in the day temperature by 2-3 degree Celsius during the next 3 days with no change thereafter in Odisha, it added.
