Bhubaneswar: Popular Bollywood playback singer Sukhwinder Singh called on Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik here on Tuesday.
Singh, who is in Bhubaneswar to perform at the .FEST cultural festival, met the Chief Minister at Naveen Niwas.
