Rayagada: The Rayagada RTO Department personnel today started stringent enforcement drive against traffic violations in the city particularly underage driving. As part of this, three minor boys were caught driving without license and were fined Rs 25,000 each. The State Transport Authority has started a special enforcement drive against underage driving across the state from today which will continue for a week. Stringent action with hefty fines will be imposed on the violators.
