Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has selected three more locations for the drive-in COVID vaccination in the capital city for the persons above 45 waiting for their second dose vaccine.
The three locations are Utkal Kanika Galleria Mall (Parking Lot) at Kalpana, Symphony Mall (Parking Lot) at Rudrapur and KIIT University Cricket Stadium, Patia.
As per the BMC guidelines, the intending citizens for this facility will have to drive in their vehicle to the venues as per the slot booked by them.
Daily 300 slots per location is available from May 11 to May 15. Without slot booking, no vehicle will be allowed inside the Drive-In Vaccination Venue, the BMC said.
On Saturday, the civic body launched its first drive-in coronavirus vaccination centre at the parking area of Esplanade Shopping Mall near Rasulgarh Square.
