Cuttack: The Badambadi Police in Cuttack has arrested two persons in connection with the selling of duplicate water purifiers in the name of branded filters.
The accused named Kanhu was allegedly selling fake water filters in the name of Aquaguard from his residence in Badambadi area. Separate teams of police conducted raids at three places and seized duplicate purifiers and manufacturing materials. The accused was using fake labels, hologram and other packaging material of reputed brands.
