Bhubaneswar: Odisha Vigilance Department officials today arrested Ramakanta Behera, JE, Bhubaneswar Block, while accepting a bribe of Rs 50,000 from a contractor to release his bills. According to reports, the Vigilance sleuths laid a trap and caught Ramakanta Behera red-handed while accepting the bribe money from the contractor.
