Bhubaneswar: In an incident that is surely going to leave you mesmerized, a video of woman traffic personnel has surfaced in the internet where she could be seen giving first aid to an accident victim. The lady traffic cop posted at Nalco Square in Bhubaneswar yesterday helped a two wheeler accident victim with first aid. The traffic constable Santoshi Mallick took the man to the roadside and provided bandage to his head on the road. The victim was later shifted to the Capital Hospital.
