Cuttack: In a shocking incident, a 21 year old youth died after falling into an open drain. The incident has happened at Jholasahi in Saturday night. According to reports, the victim, identified as Rahul belongs to Rajasthan and came to his relative’s house. He slipped into the overflowing drain while on his way to a tea stall. He died on the spot. Many places in Cuttack had submerged in water after incessant rains yesterday. His father has filed a complaint at the Purighat Police station.
