Bhubaneswar: Mahendra Kumar Badhai has been appointed as spokesperson of Biju Janata Dal (BJD) with immediate effect.
The appointment has been made by the order of BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik, the ruling party said in a statement.
Badhai has recently joined the BJD taking voluntary retirement from service.
