Barang: In a yet another sad news, an ailing 14-year-old leopard named “Barsa” died at Nandankanan Zoological Park (NZP) in Bhubaneswar at around 5 pm on today.
According to reports, the leopard was suffering from recurrent rectal prolapse since August 2019 and was treated for prolapsed on December 21.
The leopard was found dull this morning and shifted to the zoo hospital for treatment.
After the death of Leopard Barsa, four male and two female leopards are now left at NZP.
