Bhubaneswar: Two women of a family from West Bengal died in a road accident in Odisha’s Mayurbhanj district on Saturday.
The tragic incident occurred at Bangiriposi ghati on NH 49 in Mayurbhanj district.
As per reports, seven persons of the family from Kharagpur were travelling in a car when the truck hit it at Bangiriposi ghati.
The car has been damaged in the collision. Efforts are on to rescue five other family members from the car. The police have reached the spot.
