25 Tourists from West Bengal Sustain Injuries as Bus Overturns in Kandhamal

Bhubaneswar: 25 tourists from West Bengal sustained injuries as the bus they were travelling by overturned in Kandhamal district.

The tragic incident occurred near Mahakudi village under Brahmanigaon police limits in the district, as per reports.

The West Bengal tourists were on a visit to Daringbadi and were travelling towards Gajapati from the hill station.

The driver of the bus had reportedly lost control over the wheels at a road-turning point. The vehicle turned turtle on roadside. 25 of the visitors injured.

All injured persons were first admitted to Brahmanigaon Hospital and two of them were later shifted to the MKCG Medical College and Hospital in Berhampur as their condition worsened, reports added.
