Sambalpur: 5T Chairman Kartik Pandian today reviewed the progress of the Samalei project in Sambalpur. On the second day of his visit to the district, Pandian held a meeting with the officials of the district administration and reviewed the works related to the Samalei project. The Samalei Project is nearing completion and final touches are being given before it will be inaugurated by the Chief Minister on the 27th of this month. After darshan of Maa Samaleswari, Pandian went to the ground zero and took stock of the developments. He discussed about the completion of the project by the 22nd of this month. He also went to the Mahanadi viewpoint and received grievance petitions from the people during his morning visit today.
Senior officials of the District administration including the Revenue Divisional Commissioner, Collector, SMC Commissioner and others were present during the review meeting. Pandian is also scheduled to participate in the Nua O programme at Sambalpur and visit Kuchinda and Redhakhole later in the day.
