5T Chairman Visits Cuttack to Review Various Transformation Works 

Bhubaneswar: On the instructions of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, 5T and Nabin Odisha Chairman VK Pandian on Thursday visited Cuttack and reviewed various transformation works.

The 5T Chairman visited SCB Medical College, Chandi Temple, Taladanda Canal and Ravenshaw Girls School.

He offered prayers at Cuttack Chandi Temple and discussed with the temple priests and district administration regarding various renovation works of the temple.

The transformation and beautification of Chandi temple is being carried out under the 5T initiative. Pandian has ordered to complete the beautification, drainage, parking and other works at the earliest.

He suggested that attention should be paid to the way in which travelers can have smooth darshan of the Goddess.

He also visited SCB Medical College and Hospital to take stock of progress of its transformation work. He directed to complete the construction of four clinical blocks and 13 residential blocks at the earliest.

The 5T Chairman also visited Ravenshaw Girls’ School and interacted with the teachers of the school. He directed the department to restore the heritage building.

During the visit of 5T Chairman, Principal Secretary of Works Department, District Collector, CMC Commissioner, DCP, Managing Director of OBCC and other senior officers were present.
