Bhubaneswar: Former Salipur MLA Prakash Behera today joined the Biju Janata Dal. He joined the BJD at a special program held at the Sankha Bhawan. He along with his thousands of supporters joined the party in the presence of senior party leaders Manas Mangaraj, Pratap Jena and others. The Biju Janata Dal is likely to give ticket to Prakash Behera to contest from Salipur Assembly Constituency. He had resigned from the BJP on March 29th.
