Puri: Senior BJD leader and 5T Chairman Kartik Pandian has once again launched a blistering attack on the BJP leaders while campaigning for his party candidates in Satyabadi and Pipili assembly constituencies in Puri district.
Addressing a huge public meeting, Pandian said that the BJP leaders are coming to Odisha like tourists. Instead of visiting the beach and Jagannath temple, they are disrespecting our popular Chief Minister using abusive language. People of Odisha will give them a befitting reply, the senior BJD leader said.
With the blessings of people, Naveen Patnaik will take oath as the Chief Minister again on June 9 and form the government. His first order will be to provide free power supply for 90 per cent population of Odisha. In the second signature of the CM, almost 100 percent of families will be covered under the BSKY. The third signature will be the provision of pension for Mission Shakti members after the age of 60 years, which has been their long-standing demand, Kartik Pandian said.
He further said that Utkalmani Pandit Gopabandhu Das’s memorial at his birthplace Suando, Odia University and many roads and bridges in Satyabadi area have been constructed by the Chief Minister.
Mission Shakti for the empowerment of women, KALIA for the welfare of farmers, Madhubabu Pension Yojana for the senior citizens, 5T school transformation for the bright future of children etc have been started by the Chief Minister, said the BJD star campaigner.
He appealed to the people to exercise their franchise in favor of BJD MP candidate Arup Patnaik, MLA candidates Sanjay Das Burma and Rudra Pratap Maharathy in the elections.
