Naveen Speaks to Victorious Indian Hockey Team, Congratulates on Winning Consecutive Bronze Medals in Olympics

Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal President and Leader of Opposition (LoP) Naveen Patnaik spoke to the victorious Indian men’s hockey team and congratulated the team on etching their name in history with consecutive bronze medals in Olympics.

Everyone in Odisha and people across India are proud of this historic feat, Naveen said.

Naveen, who has significantly contributed for reviving the glory of hockey in the country, spoke to the team after their victory over Spain to clinch the second successive bronze medal in the Olympic Games.

“Indeed a historic and very very special moment for India”, the BJD President expressed.

“Congratulate Indian Hockey Team on winning consecutive bronze medals in Olympics after so many decades. Indian team’s historic medal at Paris Olympics 2024 has swelled every Indian’s heart in pride. It is also a deeply emotional moment for me personally. May this bring back the halcyon days for hockey, bringing more and more laurels for the country. Best wishes”, Naveen said.
