Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government today promoted six senior IAS officers to apex scale.
A notification has been issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance (GA & PG) Department in this regard.
As per the notification, two 1990 batch IAS officers serving in Government of India are given proforma promotion, four 1991 batch IAS officers serving in the State are given in situ promotion.
1990 batch IAS officers, Gudey Srinivas and Arti Ahuja serving in Union Government have been given proforma promotion to the Apex Scale.
1991 batch IAS officers Anu Garg, Madhu Sudan Padhi, Satyabrata Sahu and Vijaya Arora have been given in situ promotion.
These IAS officers are promoted to Additional Chief Secretary rank and will continue in their respective assignments, the notification stated.
