Odisha Govt Launches Special Helpline Number for Stranded Odias in Ukraine

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has launched a special number (+91 85275 80245) for the stranded Odias in the war-torn Ukraine.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has directed Development Commissioner-cum-Special Relief Commissioner Pradeep Jena to coordinate the overall issue of bringing back stranded citizens to Odisha.

Resident Commissioner in New Delhi will coordinate with the concerned agencies over this issue, the Chief Minister’s Office said.

The State Government has also decided to bear the expenses for bringing back students and workers of Odisha stranded in Ukraine.
