Cuttack: In a tragic incident, one person died and two persons went mission after they were drowned in the Mahanadi River at Jobra in Cuttack. The incident happened today afternoon when a group of friends went to bath near the Jobra Barrage, and three of them were browned in the deep waters. When alerted by the other friends, the local fishermen first started searching for the youths and later the ODRAF teams also joined. One of the drowned persons was rescued by the ODRAF in a critical condition, but he died on the way to the medical. Search operation is continuing for the other two persons.
