Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has paid rich tributes to Maharaja Krushna Chandra Gajapati on his 131st Birth anniversary today. In a tweet, Naveen said “My tributes to one of the architects of separate state of Odisha Maharaja Krishna Chandra Gajapati on his birth anniversary.
