Puri: Governor Prof. Ganeshi Lal and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today released the Rath Yatra special issue of “Utkal Prasanga” and “Odisha Review”, the monthly magazine of the Odisha Government.
The magazine was released in the presence of Chief Justice of Orissa High Court Dr. Justice S. Muralidhar and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
Odisha Legislative Assembly Speaker Bikram Keshari Arukha was also present on the occasion.
