Russian army opens heavy fire on Mykolaiv, nine civilians injured

Kiev: Russian forces have bombarded the Ukrainian city of Mykoliav in which nine people were reportedly injured and several buildings have also been damaged, Oleksandr Sienkevych, Mayor of Mykolaiv, said on Telegram on Sunday.

“Mykolaiv was shelled heavily last night (September 10/11). Residential buildings have been damaged. Preliminary reports indicate that nine people have sustained various degrees of injuries, four of them are still hospitalised,” he added as quoted by Ukrainska Pravda report.
