Rains May Spoilsport India-Pakistan High Voltage Match At Melbourne; India Ready For Shorter Game

Melbourne: Melbourne Cricket Ground is going to witness one of the most high voltage matches in recent times involving the two arch rivals India and Pakistan in the 16th match of the tournament under the super 12 round of the ICC T20 World Cup 2022. While the world is eagerly waiting for the match, all eyes are on the weather condition in the Australian town which can play a spoilsport. According to some weather pundits there are seventy percent chances of showers that can hamper the play and to others it looks promising. But the Indian team is also ready for a shorter version if required for their opening match against Pakistan. India and Pakistan are in the Group 2 of the ICC T20 World Cup and are playing their opening match today. There is no reserve day for the match in case of rains and as per rules the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method will be used if the rains hamper the match.
