Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, on the occasion of Constitution Day, has paid his humble tributes to the great visionaries who framed the Constitution of India.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister urged all to reaffirm commitment to uphold the ideals enshrined in the Constitution in letter and spirt and perform the fundamental duties diligently.
